My thoughts turn to hats

alystenI am not a milliner. I really do not have the desire to become a milliner.
So LJ hive mind... where do I go to find/purchase proper German/Swiss head wear for a woman for the time period of 1500s, for a lower class/tross. I am looking for something that is easy on easy off as this will be going with my armor, and is mainly worn to and from the list, and sometimes guard duty.
Right now I am wearing my hair pulled back or braided.

It must be out there though somewhere....
