My toes demanded fondue

Apologies ahead of time.  Its a bit of a drug induced ramble. Fair warning.

Today was the big "reveal" for my surgeon.  She didn't get to unwrap the bandages  in week 1 due to a death in the family.  So this is the first time she could admire her handy work, since the surgery 3 weeks ago.  My foot is healing really well (mainly in part to me being able to follow directions of stay off your darned foot).  Blood vessels/nerves have recovered and are functioning well. Still swollen, but no longer black and blue (or any other delightful color). ( Read more... )

Yesterday Telescope_merc and I went to the Flower Show with his parents. I have rescued the pictures from the new camera. The canon was fabulous. I just couldn't maneuver the way I wanted. The rest of the gallery is here.
