The parti-colored armor is well under way. We did a fitting last night to check for over all look and feel, fit, and tipit length.  I think we almost got it to look like the inspiration picture. All that is left is finish the lining, join the two parts together and sew on the other tipit.   Liberties taken: the cote/doublet are integrated (not 2 separate garments) and buttons will be fabric covered metal buttons.  But we have achieved the look of a center seam line down the front and back sides of the garment.  You should have no problem finding this outfit on the list.  Rest of the pictures are located here.

This plan has been tried in the past, although it was my cape sleeves and they were trying to tie me to a park pavillion stanchion. That it failed might have had something to do with the following factors:

1. The tie-ers were "5 parts Scotch to one part Nataliia" and "6 parts Scotch to one part Pascual"
2. Sober Ian can still hear well enough to hear those two coming up from behind
3. Sober Ian can run waaaaay faster than the two mentioned above
