Is the bachelors degree requirement negotiable? I have a friend with 2 years of college, 2 additional years and an associates degree from culinary school who has 10+ years of experience in the IT field doing everything you list... he's currently working at a company that has no respect for its employees, and he really needs to find another position, but the lack of degree is making it nearly impossible for him to get even an interview for positions that he is overqualified for in every other way...

Thanks!
