Last pennsic class

I am thinking of teaching a class called "Creating Order Out of Chaos- Feasts for 20 or 200". This class will focus on running feasts of any size. Topics include: portion control, kitchen organization, food challenges, and course management.

Thoughts?

While it may seem to some as if I'm being elitist and not wanting to teach anyone anything, or I'm a Stuffy Pelican, or whatever fallacy, but the truth is you can't teach everyone everything.

Nope you sound like a reasonable guy. I am just glad I haven't whacked those "poor" souls upside the head with my wooden spoon.
