Last pennsic class

I am thinking of teaching a class called "Creating Order Out of Chaos- Feasts for 20 or 200". This class will focus on running feasts of any size. Topics include: portion control, kitchen organization, food challenges, and course management.

Thoughts?

Yes, but I am only actually teaching 3. The deadline is tomorrow. :D

Not like I'm actually going to be able to be fencing. I 'might' be walking by then. I hope.
