I open my email up this morning to a letter called "special Bhakail baklava", in which woodwindy  sent me this link. Chocolate bacon baklava.

I may have to make this for noisemakers.

I have made bacon baklava before, and it is truly a thing of beauty and YUM (uses pecans, orange zest, maple syrup instead of honey, and bourbon). Will definitely have to try the chocolate one. :)

Ah, and that particular recipe, I notice now, is a bit further down the page... Highly recommended. And I will be bookmarking this one.
