Cooking experiments continue

alystenTurkey day was good. Turkey cooks a heck of a lot faster when you take out all the bones and cook it in one layer. 1 hour 15 minutes for 12 lb turkey. Pasties came out good as well. Round 2 of armor turnips, well received. Though I am going back to cheese mixture from round 1.
