That I am glad I work at home. Tomorrow is the dayboard and Marquessa's tea for Raze a Village. I got 90% of the shopping done last night. Last little odds and ends later today. I have some wonderful people coming over tonight to help chop stuff up and pre-prep the dayboard. I have been able to bake a little and work a lot, bake a little more and work some more. Multi tasking at its finest! I have 2 pans of brownies cooling, another in the oven, and one more on deck. 2 different compound butters are chilling out in the fridge.

Next up on the baking hit list is 80 cupcakes.

Today's recipe-
1lb butter soften to room temp
3 green cardamon pods
1 5" stick of "true" cinnamon
1tsp ground mace
1/4 tsp whole grains of paradise
1tbl sugar

1. Grind all spices together
2. Blend butter, ground spices and sugar until well combined.
3. Serve with sliced bread.
