I will be holding a cooking day at my house on Sept 20th. I have the need to make several types stocks. I am opening my kitchen to those who would like to learn how to make meat, vegetable, and fish stocks. Other period cooking may take place as well, including baking and experimentation with drinking chocolates.[Poll #1443446]

It is never to hot to make pudding for pie.... You have air conditioning.

But the AC is in the living room and doesn't really reach the kitchen effectively. Once you turn on a burner, you're back to ambient temperature. But I think there will need to be pie. And whipped cream.
