More machine sewing has occurred. I have finished 3 shirts, and most of the red dress. I have ordered more linen.

The pennsic project count (beginning mid May as that's when my Pennsic panic started).
I have ordered ~133 yards of linen. 33 yards have been white.
I have gone though 5 full spools of thread- that's a 1000 yards.
I have hand sewn over 60 buttons/button holes and over 100 lacing holes.
I have broken 3 machine needles.
I have lost 2 full boxes of pins.
I have gone through 20 wooden dress hangers.

I have completed:
~50 dress and sleeve ties
10 sets of custom patterns
7 pairs of breeches
7 mens shirts
5 duct tape doubles
5 late 16th century womens skirts
4 late 16th century womens bodices
4 womens shirts
3 muffin caps
3 sets of detachable sleeves
2 early 16th century waffenroks
2 stripey doublets
2 14th century kirtles
1 14th century sideless overdress
1 kampfrau dress/rapier armor
1 soldiers coat
1 personal banner
And a handful of mending projects.

Of the nearly 133 yards of linen, I currently have about 10 yards left and 10 on order. Which means I have sewn ~110 yards of linen already. Wow (yup even for me).

I am idly curious - what are you using for support under those bodices?

I am having a corset made from atthesignofthewhiterose dot com. lady_kathryn_r and Master Hawkins' webstore. It was just easier than me having to make another corset.

I wore the green dress with a regular bra, and it worked ok, but I really need the corset for the correct line. Should be coming at Pennsic.

Cool - I'll be curious to know how their corsets work out for you!
