Sparky

I love working with sugar. There is something truly magical about starting with nothing and ending up with my hands covered in sweet sticky goo. Mold that and it begins to be less figment and becomes REAL.

The part I hate is sugar is a slow moving mistress and I am not. It is a serious lession in hurry up and wait. And so now the body parts of crispy treats that will eventually be a tyger of the east are drying. Sugar structures part one.

But so far, so good. I'm really happy with the back legs.
