Loaf sugar

I am looking to once again, step up my confectionery game. Modern refined sugar is nice, consistent and convenient. But.. Loaf sugar is where it's at. It has a higher moisture content then modern granulated sugar. And it is more closely related to what they would have had in period. So I bought some. And I will get to play with it before KQAS.

Artisan refined loaf sugar. Who knew such a thing existed and that I could buy it on the interwebs?
