[KQAS] Outline

I am working on an outline for a research paper. But I have to find topic focus first. Which sounds more entertaining? How sugar art evolved from medicine or various formulas of sugar paste and their uses in food, art and medicine?

Eventually I will write both, but I have to focus on one first.
