The week before Yule

It is one week before Bhakail Yule. So much left to be done. We have an additional 45 people added to the total count. This is less than the 75 people we added last year. I've got a good team of people and no one is 'rattled'. We are shooting for organized chaos, with no meltdowns or fainting (fainting is strictly forbidden). And we are getting a gift of goose. Mmmm goose.

This weekend we should accomplish the following:
Cook 10 lbs of apple
Cook 3 bags of sweet potatoes
Cook 25 lbs of pig
Cook 20 lbs of beef
Shred 30 lbs cheese
Herb Chopping
Spice chopping
Bread- 6 batches (12 loaves)

Sunday we finish up the sugar piece.
