Yule tasting
Oct. 17th, 2010 11:02 pmWe tasted food. Mostly everything was tasty. I will be changing up the squash recipe slightly. More roasting, less sauteing, different apples and squash. I will be adding herbs to the pastry wrapped pork. I will be swapping broth base for the cream based sage sauce. But for the most part, the menu is going to work well.
Big thanks to everyone who came out to cook and eat yesterday. It is the start of a good ride.
