My thoughts turn to food.

I am looking forward to playing with the Bhakail Yule menu. mmmmm.

course 1
Salad (carrot, radish, cucumber, dried cherry, vinaigrette)
Charcuiterie (cold ham, chicken or turkey, sausage)
Cheese with fruit (spanish cheese, probably apples or pears)
Toasted cheese and bread

course 2:
Otherways [to bake a pig] (stuffed pork in pastry)
Makerouns (cheesey noodles)
Buttered Colle-floure (with citrus sauce)
Roasted meat (deer, beef)

course 3:
Chickenes endoryed (Roasted game hens with sage sauce)
Tourte (vegetable, cheese tart)
Butter gourds (gourds with apple and onion)
Hijada (stew lamb or beef)

course 4:
Sops (mace and honey)
Blaunderellys (apple tarts)
Arroz con leche (rice pudding)

With the original date we were good (opted for Bakhail over Bergental) but yours changed :-(

BTW, have you seen baronadhemar's imprint site? He has aprons that say "Viander" on them!

There was a conflict with the person running dayboard and the feast dining room. Too many conflicts. We will get it together for a feast someday. ;-)
