Bad boot is bad

The pain has become intolerable and I have a very high pain tolerance. I have been fighting a loosing battle with swelling and the new boot.  The velcro hits right across the top of the foot, which was broken, shaved, screwed and stitched together. I called the doc and asked for something stronger than Advil. We think, the foot was not ready for the boot and probably needed 2 more weeks in the splint.  So dr appointment tomorrow. Probably a new splint and we will try the boot again in a week or so.

Sigh.

That is incredibly sucky. I'm so sorry. If it's healing slowly, that's annoying, but at least it's healing properly, right? Poor foot. Poor toes.

P.S. You're giving me reason to use this icon way too often. :(

The CMT contributes to the slow healing. It is what it is. Though a good night sleep would be lovely.

And my panda is getting to much of a work out too.
