Proud owner of meat

I decided to hit the store to see about turkey. And it was on sale. :D 1.19 a pound! I am the proud owner of 60lbs of turkey, pre-boning. I am also the proud owner of 30lbs of ham 1.40 a pound. 5 lbs of venison will be delivered Thursday along with 4-5 lbs of bones.

There will be venison and turkey stock on Saturday. Such a happy meat household!

I am expecting some strange looks from my UPS deliveryman on Thursday when he drops off a Dry-Ice package at the store.

Since I know the size of your kitchen I need to ask. Where are you keeping all this food? You working some sort of magic spell of holding on your fridge/freezer?

Its a little tight right now. But after tonight there will be 3 less hams. After saturday 3 less turkeys.

Sooo much meat... and linen... and wonderfulness. :)

I would love to partake in it all, but I think I shall have to enjoy from afar... Had seriously considered the trip, but logistically it's just not gonna work out... sigh.

Make sure *somebody* gets photos of the Awesome. The Swan looks absolutely beautiful, you'd never know he was Duck Taped together. :) I envy your skills and patience. :)
