I went with How to Run A Happy Kitchen. Mostly because this Kingdom's feasts suffer from horrible kitchen management. There are people into whose kitchens I will not set foot. And a few more I flat run from.

I have heard this a lot. Most people learn from trial and error, which is usually not a good way to learn. Hopefully I can put a dent in this.
