The smell of happy goodness...
fills my house tonight. I have nuts and spices married for the baklava tomorrow. Brownies are in the oven now. Chocolate chip, gingerbread, and pate choix are all on deck for tomorrow. I may throw in a surprise or 2 as well.
The sewing machine has been quiet. I have not been pushing my luck with the motor today. Instead I have been ironing, finishing up hand work and mending. I think... I just might pull this Pennsic thing off. Minus a shirt and captain's coat. I will be doing lacing holes on the drive up its tradition.
